Judy Hughe started her own consultancy in 2013 with a single mission: to help people and organizations become more effective one person at a time.

She has rich global experience of working in leading teams in both operations and learning and leadership Development across industries.  She has worked in global organizations like Bank of America, IBM, GE Capital and Mphasis where she has spear headed strategic global portfolios as well as local implementations.

She has deep experience in working with front line managers to C-Suite leaders across different regions/cultures.  Her expertise lies in Performance consulting, Facilitation, Talent Management, Change Management, Team effectiveness and Strategic alignment.

Judy is an expert consultant in the area of Performance Enablement.   Her solutions range from process design & development, competency assessment, design and delivery of training programs and personalized coaching.  Judy leverages her experience by bringing in best practices into her solutions from across Banking, Financial, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical and Bio sciences industries.
